Our fearless leader Charlie Miller testified before city council at the public hearing last night regarding the annexation of the DeArmond mill site near NIC. Charlie asked that the council require the applicant to re-route the Centennial Trail along the Spokane River from the wastewater plant to the dike road. Council agreed with him and made his request one of the conditions for annexation. Way to go Charlie!
